A full set of mechanical drawings in paper format.
A sample of your shop drawings.
A full set of specs pertaining to ductwork and/or piping, and your Shop Standards
A detailed scope of work required.
A schedule if available.
Items required to start your project:
A signed contract
A full set of contract drawings in paper format.
Full set of CAD files in AutoCAD® DWG format (if available) which must include:
- Architectural floor plans
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Structural plans (preferably steel shop drawings)
- Mechanical plan
Mechanical Equipment Catalog Cuts
Air Outlets Schedule
Light Fixture Cuts
Fire Smoke Damper and Fire Damper Specs.
